If you want to make spareribs, pulled pork or beef brisket in the classic “low & slow” way at 110 degrees Celsius, you sometimes have problems with your gas grill. Either the grill has too much power and cannot reach such low temperatures or it fluctuates too much.
With the control valve from GOK, it will certainly work – no matter which gas grill.
In addition to the well-known orange hose assemblies made of rubber or plastic for LPG systems, there are ones made of stainless steel or metal braided corrugated pipes.
Since the regulations stipulate a replacement period for the conventional gas hoses, the question arises whether this also applies to those made of stainless steel?
